GROUP PRESIDENT & FOUNDER: David de Montaigne . British – Founder of company with over 36 years in the energy and investment banking sectors. Former senior executive with Dow-Schlumberger in Mid East, North Africa, South America & Europe. Bank & Government advisor in project finance and due diligence. RE development wind, biomass, solar, geothermal in Philippines, Eastern Block, USA, Europe & China.

DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: Steve Waterfield . British, Kitson College of Engineering EET 1&2 Electrical Engineering, MET 1&2 Mechanical Engineering, Technological Diploma Mechanical Engineering with B.A. (Hons) International Business Studies at Leeds University and M.Sc Project Management and Consulting at Nottingham University. Steve has 35 years of professional experience in the development, construction, operation and maintenance of international power generation assets and over 20 years technical, commercial and operational management experience in South East Asia. Previously with the United Kingdom's Central Electricity Generating Board ("CEGB") for 12 years where his last assignment was Portfolio Optimization Manager. In 1992 he joined PowerGen International developing projects in India, Thailand, Australia, Korea and the Philippines and subsequently from 2002 until 2008 was International Business Manager - Asia Pacific for E.ON UK Technology. Finally, before joining Global Green Power PLC Steve was Regional Manager - South East Asia for E.ON AG (Climate & Renewables) leading the E.ON carbon sourcing team with full responsibility for E.ON operations in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. 

Steve leads the Global Green Power PLC Group Implementation team with full responsibility for the delivery of GGP projects to the highest Environmental, Performance, Operational and Safety standars that meet or surpass International Finance Corporation ("IFC") and World Bank global standards.

GROUP CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (DEVELOPMENT): Roddy Grant . British, Glasgow University BSc Hons. (First Class) Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Cambridge University MA Economics, ACA Diploma in Accounting & Finance with professional courses at INSEAD, IMD, Harvard, Sundridge Park and Dunchurch. With 35 years of experience Roddy was Vice President of Bombardier Transportation where from 2006 to 2007 he restructured the 2,800 employee UKP 400 Million, UK services business and from 2003 to 2005 was Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Arabia based Al Rushaid Investment Company where he was tasked to expand acquisitions.  In 2001 to 2003 Roddy was seconded as Chief Operating Officer AMEC Americas in Toronto by AMEC UK to integrate the recently acquired 8,000 employee, UKP 1.1 billion engineering, design and construction business with operations across America and Canada. From 1996 to 2000 Roddy was the Divisional Managing Director AMEC UK, responsible for Oil, Gas, Power, Process, Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Contracting and Construction with revenues of UKP 750 million and 8,000 employees. Roddy also gained significant experience working with GEC ALSTHOM from 1984 to 1996 as Managing Director of GEC ALSTHOM China Limited, Director of Business Development Gas Turbine Division UK, Managing Director of the Low Voltage Group UK and Manager of GEC Meters Energy Management Systems.

Roddy leads the Global Green Power PLC Group Development team with full responsibility for project development and International Partnerships. 

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER: Maribeth de Montaigne . Filipina, with 19 years experience in Community Development and Renewable Energy as well as coordinating Government and Major International Institutions working with her Husband David in Europe, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, North America and the Philippines. Bunny heads Global Green Power PLC Socio-economic and Poverty Alleviation program development and implementation working with our Host Communities, Local Government Units ("LGU"), National Government and Non-government organizations.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Cornelio (Leo) Abuda . Filipino. Senior Partner of Abuda Asis Associates law firm. Former Partner and Head of Banking, Energy and Finance group, Quisingbing Torres (member firm of Baker McKenzie International) after work with SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (largest law firm in the Philippines). Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1991.
